When your client returns for a second or third acquisition, refi, property improvement loan or other financing, you get the credit, and the payment as the referring network partner.
Because our referral agreement is non-exclusive, you are free to take deals to other lenders or brokers. We are confident that as the best provider, we’ll be able to supply your borrowers with the funds they need and within the timeline they need them, even with competition from other lenders or brokers.
